  This is not about this branch but against capital one as a whole. I have been banking with them since they took over North Fork bank, many, many years ago. We moved our personal accts. several years ago. My business account is going too.They make doing business extremely difficult. They are structured so that no one has the ability to think for themselves or correct issues they create. The information they give you is normally bad. The will freeze client payments for random explainable reasons ($25,000 just recently, repeat customer) and puts holds funds. You will never get a call notifying you there is a problem and you are lucky to get a timely letter. Several years ago they tried to get me into a business loan and sign without giving me the interest rate, when I pressed them the rate was not what they promised, ridiculous AND they wanted to take my grandfathered 3% for life line of credit and almost triple that rate. It's going to be a huge pain to move this acct. but I have to.
